Get excited about your business all over again
Does your business still excite you?
Does it still inspire you?
Do you still enjoy it?
Building a business should give you energy, not sap it.
But things change. You grow. You expand your offering and your team. You lose your mojo.
I get it. I’ve been steering Fantasy League since I founded it as a 25-year-old in 1991.
Sometimes you get off track. But find your way back, and you come back stronger.
Since 2019, I've been helping founders get their mojo (and their businesses) back.
My background
I founded Fantasy League in the early 1990s, introducing fantasy football into Europe and steering the business through shifting media and technology for the last three decades.
It’s given me deep experience of building and evolving a business, and also of the particular journey travelled by a founder.
This often impossible dance of developing a business and being fulfilled as a founder is what has inspired me to become a coach.
I bring this, along with my trainings in coaching and psychology to support fellow founders in navigating their own journeys.
Working together
We work together on whatever is most important to you. Often it makes sense to map this out in a set of broad objectives or goals across our coaching programme.
As we progress, you'll want to use our sessions in different ways. Sometimes it will be precious space to think through a dilemma, other times you might want to reflect more broadly on how you are feeling about your role or the business as a whole.
It’s also a fresh space to think about specific aspects of your company or your team, and where – if you wish – I can offer you a sounding board.
In time, you might find more clarity and energy in how you are in your business, and also in how you are in yourself.
