I work with clients at all stages of their leadership, business or career journey.
Coaching is about providing a space where you can find the clarity and energy for change wherever you need it most.
Typically we will work together over a series of sessions, where at different points our focus might shift between your business, your team or yourself
This focus can be as narrow or as wide as you need. At one point you might bring a challenge or an opportunity, at another it might be about becoming more effective, navigating relationships or building your vision.
As we progress, you’ll get to know yourself a little more; recognising your talents, limits and demons, understanding what makes you tick and how you can best serve your business and your team.
Over time, you might find yourself becoming more realistic - and honest - with yourself and those around you, in turn becoming more impactful in more aspects of your role.
This might show itself in how you relate to your team, in how you manage or lead your business an in how you are in yourself.
